Since 1973, Mid-Valley has worked closely with both small and large commercial contractors. We started in the Willamette Valley and are very proud of our growth throughout the United States and into Canada. We supply premium commercial-grade building products for a wide variety of projects.

Our primary goal is to develop and maintain a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with both our customers and our vendors. Today, much of our commercial work is focused on Multi-family housing, retirement, and assisted living facilities, the hospitality industry, and mixed-use. No matter how small or large the project, we take pride in providing the best-fitting product for the job. The best way to do that is by experience. Lots of it.

We are long-standing members of the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI) and Construction Specification Institute (CSI). Our industry-certified Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) is available to consult with Architects and Design Professionals to draft and design Finish Hardware Schedules, Architectural Door Specifications and can provide budget oversight and project management.

Mid-Valley is a factory direct distributor of premium Steel Doors, Wood Doors, and Finish Hardware product lines. We pre-hang thousands of doors per month right here in our Eugene facility. In addition; we are a Warnock Hersey certified shop. The Warnock Hersey Mark indicates compliance with appropriate national and local codes. The Warnock Hersey fire door certification label is the most widely recognized in the industry.

Mid-Valley has worked closely with general contractors since 1973. In that time we have completed a significant amount of work in all 50 states including hundreds of projects on the West Coast. Mid-Valley has always sought to develop and maintain a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with our partners.

Industry experience is a valuable commodity at Mid-Valley. Collectively, we have hundreds of years of experience in our senior project managers and estimating staff. All of that experience is available to the general contractors and their projects. The Mid-Valley staff is available for consulting from the design and pre-construction phase through job completion and sign-off.
